FICA mess - *********** and *****, or both?????

FNB sent out an sms this morning to inform us (an NPO with 12 babies on site) that our bank account has been suspended. NO WARNING or anything!!! When one phones the number quoted it took 11 minutes for the call to be answered, on BOTH occasions.<br> <br> And of course they cannot explain why the account has been suspended - they can simply record details and promise that \a consultant will call you back"!! In the meantime the account remains frozen!!<br> <br> Brian said he was the manager (when I asked to speak to a manager)"
