FICA - Hold on Estate Account

Hi, we (The executor) have submitted our documents for FICA purposes almost two (2) months ago and our Late Estate account still has a hold (block). We were also advised to call the FNB Deceased Estate department and they have not been of any assistance. This has caused a burden because we have been told that the account would be unblocked in 2-3 business days since the first time we submitted the documents. Kindly assist
