FICA - Hold not being removed.

FICA - BUSINESS HOLD

My account was frozen because apparently I never included my proof of address in the email the first time I submitted my Fica details. Which I did. I have proof of this. I am told to call a number to get it unblocked. Those people can't unblock me and then put me through to another department that also cannot help me. Leon Peter's called me over the weekend to confirm he will assist me directly to get my account active but now I'm not getting any feedback. This is absolutely ridiculous! Why provide contact details to departments that are meant to assist you but are NOT capable. PLEASE CALL ME AND UNBLOCK MY ACCOUNT!
