FICA harassment despite having all the required documents

FNB does not deserve my business and have already starting moving my deposits out of the bank. I will also be downgrading my accounts from RMB and Commercial due to their incompetence and lack of service delivery. They have sent me multiple requests to complete FICA on a small account, I have repeated sent my FICA requirements and their lengthy document to them more than once. I kept getting reminder emails and messages despite this. I sent this to my commercial banker who then confirmed this was now sorted and today my account has been frozen and my coffee purchase was declined when trying to use my card. Lets not get started on the internet banking issues on Black Friday. Today has finally given me the impetus to start getting away from this bank.
