FICA , frozen account and embarrassed

I got a sms stating I need to submit FICA documents for verification , what is this as my account is FROZEN!!!!

This is such an inconvenience and NOT my fault!!! It was actually so embarrassing as a friend needed to pay got me .

the week prior I had spoken to a consultant noting my account was in good credit status although it still mentions I am behind on payments , how ? You are destroying my credit rating with your inaccurate systems and noting the person who called me which should be on file as my current account still mentions I am behind and now frozen .
