Fica - frozen account
FNB requested as usual to submit documents requested for FICA. This was done by myself and my personal banker at RMB. I received calls from both FNB as well as some law firm situated in Bloemfontein requesting documents after I submitted everything. I submitted everything a second toime. On 28 May 2015 I received an sms threatening to freeze my accounts if I do not submit my documents. I spoke to my banker and called the number provided in the sms. The call centre employee's responce was \we don't have a clear copy of your ID". Why the %^$#@ do they have to threaten me instead of sending a polite email requesting a clear copy. Jenny Crawford then sent me and email requesting that I send the copy of my ID to her which my banker did. Today"
