Fica froze account

I have emailed FICA my sons proof of residence and his ID document, they just froze his bank account with out notifying him that they need this certain documents from him. My son is not in the country at the moment and he will be still out of the country for a few months. At the moment he is in a bad situation. Can you please help <br>
