FICA Fnb pathetic service

Fnb is really pathetic, they froze my account cuz of FICA none compliance on 10/02/2015, I resent the documents again on the 13/02/2015. It's been exactly a month since I sent the documents and I also did the questionaire which I was required to do, submitted the declaration of income and yet still my account is frozen. A certain Fnb agent from the FICA center told me that my account is with the auditors and that nothing can be done to speed up the process only a prayer will help, I am disgusted in the service and I will never urge or recommend this bank to anybody.
