FICA fiasco results in frozen bank account

FNB asked for FICA documents to verify an account that I've had for over 20 years. After several hiccups, documents were duly accepted (have written proof of this). Account subsequently upgraded and FICA documents again demanded and duly supp****. Continued threats to freeze bank account and no response to my emails. Bank account frozen this morning, despite fact that FICA documents submitted and approved. Unable to access any money - which money, ironically, belongs to me - not FNB. Am closing all my FNB accounts and moving to Capitec.
