FICA Failure

One of a number of linked accounts blocked with no notification or warning. On inquiring via the call center I was informed that the account needed FICA validation. This is a linked account validated in a branch where all the FICA documentation was presented some 4 months ago. Furthermore when checking the address I was informed that the profile address on file is outdated and referred to a 13 year old address. I have completed FICA requirements with FNB at least annually over at least the past 5 years, I have updated my profile at FNB request changing this address at least twice in thee past and still it is incorrect.
Given this history clearly FICA serves no purpose as the address on file is 13 years out of date and FNB pays lip service to the requirements.
Also, to block an account with no warning or notification certainly does not fit the spirit of FNB's advertising commitment to service.
