I received message on the 7th written your fica or we will freeze it on 6th of Oct 2022 and they did Saturday morning I went to the nearest branch to fix them till today the 12th my a is frozen and my employee s father passed on even called they will say let me put you through then the line will go off a consultant called a lady by the name Mashudu she was so rude to poor fellow worker the line was on speaker as I was not trusting them agai she said I am on lunch , do you know what is lunch and why did you call me on my personal phone I was fuming with anger but felt for the poor lady that was trying to help Don't have money to call myself I am loosing business whilst theirs is running smoothly , my company money that I worked so hard for
