FICA documents update

Am concerned l received a msg on the 24th of August to update my documents for FICA,l went to Tokai fnb branch with my ID & was told the documents were updated that was on the 1st of Sep.On the 24th of Sep l received another msg stating my account will be frozen in 30days if l don't update my FICA documents which l already did
