FICA Documents required for PayPal

So in 2013 I had problems in getting my account FICA compliant, now they have lost the documentation. So I forwarded them the emails used to FICA the account then. But this is not acceptable and I have to go through the process again.<br> <br> Now I know why I closed my current account with them years ago. They are still the same *********** fools now as they were then.
