FICA Documents = Cannot use card = NO OUTSTANDING DOCUMENTS REQUIRED = COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS

Unacceptable!!! Got a message yesterday, without prior notification that there is outstanding documents required to comply with FICA, needless to say this was when I was doing shopping and my card got declined three times and tried to withdraw money. Logged in today to get a notification, there is NO OUTSTANDING DOCUMENTS. Tried to call the so called "team of bankers", after over 20min on hold, no answer! Sent a message and then got a notification that i'm number 247 in the queue. Sent a message to call me back only to get a notification that fnb will only phone back in two working days. Phoned the number on the back of the card as instructed and then the call got cut two times.

This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional!

If this is not resolved shortly, I am going to move to another bank that can and actually want to assist without inconveniencing you for no valid reason!
