FICA Documents - Blocked Account

Today my credit card stopped working and I've since learnt that my FICA documentation is outstanding. No phone calls or texts to me this - just blocking my account on a Sunday afternoon. The contact center is not available (high call volume - I gave up after 15 minutes' and I have no money for food.

On the website under 'Upload FICA documents', it says 'There are no documents outstanding'.

I'm stick without money or any way to get assistance ?
