FICA documents

Hello Peter I opened an account at FNB for my kids and 1 account is active but the other one is blocked, I gave all those documents to the guy working at FNB who delivered the cards, and he confirmed that all documents are correct and scanned them even the proof of residential I sent them all, but now they are telling me that I must send again the documents because the are not clear from their side.

Those copies were clear and the guy who deliverd before taking them he checked through if they were in good condition, the declaration letter is invalid but if that's the case how come 1 card is working and the other 1 is blocked, this is not acceptable. I do not appreciate this back and forth, all that you are requesting was sent what happened to them? I have been with FNB for a long time now and this is the first time I get this kind of service, please escalate this to the manager and I want to know what happened to my documents.
