Fica Documents and Frozen account

<p>In may i recieved a sms to say i must submit fica documents, it gave an email address to send to. i sent through the doucments ect and never got a responce so i left it and moved on. in july i get a message again saying i have not submitted fica and my account was going to be frozen, i then forwarded the email i had sent in may, still no responce, i did some research and on FNB's website they explain - log into your internet banking and i go here and here and it will tell you what documents are outstanding. so i log in and check and it tells me "No documents required" since then my account has been frozen, ive been into the somerset mall branch and dealt with someone there, who came out to my house and and verified my address, apparently it was cipro stuff that was missing - yet i must sniff this out as accourding to fnb online banking "no documents are required" so ive sumitted my new business documents "Changed to a PTY" and still to date August 11th i cannot transact on this account, I expressed my dissatifaction for the way FNB is handling this matter to the person i was dealing with at the Somerset Mall branch of fnb, i got a short email telling me to call this number, in other word "Up yours pal im not helping you anymore" It is my right to complain and be upset with bad service, i pay for you service FNB and you lock me out. I dont understand how if i get charged for a service you block me, this si unconstitutional and ********, since when,,,, does the supermarket come into my house and take the groceries out my fridge ive paid for. same thing.... Dont phone me as im not able to answer calls all the time.... email me, you have my details on your system . sadly you have lost a client, i guess fnb couldnt be bothered anyway as my business isnt big enough to warrant any type of service.</p> <p> </p>
