FICA documents

I'm disappointed by the manner in which my account has been handled this week…I got stuck with no money cos someone decided to freeze the account due to KYC documents which I sent 8am today…I have been calling the whole day and I have been only told that the matter has been escalated to another department…no warning that the account will be frozen no notice when it will be unfrozen…now I'm stuck with no money…you guys you need to automate the verification process. I’m still waiting for Trigger events department to get back to me…
