FICA documents
<p>I uploaded my FICA documents on FNB online banking. However they still frooze my bank accounts. This is not acceptable. They did not let me know that they did not receive anything or the documents were not sufficient. They do not need to explain to the manager at a fuel garage why none of my accounts work. I sit with the embarrassing moment. After almost 20 years with FNB, I think it is time to find a new bank.</p>
