Fica document badgering
<p>We opened a Trust account with FNB 4 Merchant place on 13 February 2008. At that time we couldnt open the acount without giving all the requiered fica documents to FNB, totally fine and I woudnt expect anything less. Since then I have been requested by FNB to email all the fica documents again on: 8/22/2014, 5/27/2015 and 6/6/2016. On each occasion I have sent the same documents again, FNB now has 4 sets of my Trust deed, letter of authority etc. Looks like I will have to do this each year to keep the account???</p>
