FICA

I am trying to get FNB to change my bank statements to the address they have on the system for me. Disgusted with the service. Was transferred to 3 departments and then the last person told me that they want new proof of address to update the address on my bank statements - that was supposed to have been done when I send in my fica a FEW YEARS AGO. Now they want me to send in new fica for an address that they have on the system. This is ridiculous. The lady that I was speaking to didn't even give me a chance to finish my sentences. FNB why should I send in documents for an address that you have, to update the address on my bank statements that was supposed to have been done when FICA was requested from me a few years ago? I DON'T have a new lease - it is month to month and the municipal account is not in my name but in the owners name. I just need a bank statements with my address on - the same as what you have on the system.
