FICA Contact Line

I have been struggling with the fica team at FNB, every time I call and they require new documents, I send them, I call the next day and they require more documents. I have had two agent drop the call without assisting me, and my account is blocked, my mother is have the same terrible experience. FNB FICA line is horrific. I am currently on the line as we speak.
