FICA compliant = impossible to solve with FNB contact number.

Hi,

I received an email on Friday 8 April, stating that in order to keep my account active I need to be FICA compliant, with a contact number *** - this number does not work at all. I then tried another 3 of your contact numbers with exactly the same outcome.

I rep**** to the email stating the problem. Still waiting for any type of reply.

Is this a normal level of service one can expect from FNB?

Please could some one get in touch and get this solved.
