FICA Compliance - Why do you request PII information over email FNB!?

FNB,

Why are you requesting that your CUSTOMERS email personal information to you to comply with FICA? Why are you not using secure transmission of documents over HTTPS from within your internet banking portal?

FNB - you often warn CUSTOMERS about phishing attacks that are launched over email - which is good - but you require the transmission of sensitive documents you do not provide a channel that

1. Puts your CUSTOMERS mind at ease. 2. Is secure.

How am I supposed to know that I am dealing with FNB and not a ********?

Strong arm tactics threatening to freeze bank accounts without a modern and secure transmission channel. Not a great way to treat the CUSTOMER.
