FICA Compliance update web page

I wish to make a complaint to FNB. FNB’S FICA Compliance update web page under the Business Solutions page does not have a link to be able to update my FICA info details. This will be the second time I have had to make a complaint on Hello Peter” for FICA update problems. The FICA ref. no for this compliant is 282646 on a t/a account.
