FICA bug = Non Trust Worthy Bank

My account got frozen randomly without warning! When I contacted a support agent through their app I was told it was due to outstanding FICA documents.

I've been a customer with FNB since 2014 and had this account those entire 6 years!!!

This is outrageous! I'm going on holiday tomorrow and don't have time to deal with this!!!

Whats worse is the chat etiquette of the support agent that just disconnects without further assistance!

I will close my account with FNB THIS IS THE LAST STRAW!
