Fica blocking my access to funds

Good day I guess. I got a call from De Kok Attorneyson the 5th December 2014 who claimed to be sent by FNB to collect our fica documents as they said it was outsanding for our Organisation Qalakabusha Home Based Care an NGO in Soweto . We then sent the documents to them hoping Fica will be up to date but it seems it didn't happen as I got a call from Karabo Leseyane on the 16 February 2015 who advised that our FICA was outstanding and our account has been frozen due to it being non FICA Compliant .We then sent the documents to him there and then but still our account is frozen and our fica is still outstanding when we visit the branch to withdrawn or act on the account .After the incident we contacted our local business manager by the name of Bongi and we emailed the documents and he acknowledged receipt . As we stand our account is still frozen and we are siting with unpaid staff since the 20th of Feb and we are approaching the second month without them being paid . We call the call centre almost every day but we get different consultant who gives us different stories . The story is always that Karabo is gonna call us before end of business but it never happens . Please advise.
