FICA - Blocked Card - No warning

i received an SMS 15.11.2020 @ 12.44 to advise that i have outstanding documents to comply with FICA for my card ending ****6010 then i realize that my card has been blocked. No one responds on the secure chat , and you send an sms on a sunday however the contact centre is closed. how am i supposed to resolve then? why was i not contacted regarding this so i could resolve as soon as possible. i was at a service station and my card was declined.
