FICA and Complaints department-Totally dismal experience

I have been with FNB for 10 years. I started off as a smart account holder and I am now a premier account holder. Not that it means much as the service I get for being a premier account holder is really dissappointing.

I was suppose to have been compliant with FICA since inception. I have app**** for finance with Audi Financial Services and I have app**** for a discovery credit card without any hassles.

One would think that in being a loyal customer with FNB for 10 years, FICA should be last issue that I should be having with the only bank I have ever banked with.

I have been upgraded on current and credit card with no hassles-All of a sudden when applying for a credit limit increase on my credit card, the FICA departments pops up needing info.

And when asked why all of a sudden FICA compliance is needed, they dont give me a straight answer

I submitted my complaint to FNB and its been over 48 hours, infact its been over 5 working days and still no response.

I guess they couldnt care less-How can we help you motto is exactly that-JUST A MEANINGLESS SLOGAN FOR ADVERTISING

Fnb voted best digital bank-REALLY? Yet a bank statement in ofx format can only be done for a month, whereas other banks offer a full year and some allow you all the way back to 2 to 3 years.
