FICA again

our two business accounts were blocked without notice beginning of this month.
only when we went in to investigate we were told the FICA documents were required.
but we supp**** everything in July and September 2014, but the documents could not be traced!
we could supply email proof but the email address was returned: no such user!
eventually the clerck traced the lady and she found the documents.
same thing with the other account where FNB even employed a law firm to obtain the documents from us.
but when that company was contacted we learnt that the person responsible was no longer working there.
no trace of the documents supp****, but eventually they were 'found' at the bank as well.
we spent four hours in total at the branch and expected the accounts to become unblocked.
not so. We had to got back and this time went to the manager Enrico straight away.
he was helpful and polite and able to trace the lady responsible and to discuss the documents with her.
we cleared all queries and were told to now expect a phone call...we are still waiting and still unable to pay our accounts! Manager on holiday, nobody else to be contacted???
no concern about our business needs!
very fed up
