FICA

I am stuck overseas. My bank account has been frozen. I have written numerous complaints but FNB just does not help. I am trying to upload FICA documents online, but according to my online account I do not have outstanding documents and therefore I cannot upload anything.I really have a problem. Please UNFREEZE my accounts. IWS De Beer.
