FICA?

I opened a business account with FNB 2 weeks ago. My card was delivered and I was initially very happy with the service I recieved. However when i tried to transact with my account I inadvertantly discovered that my account was on hold until the bank recieved FICA/KYC documents from me.

I have now sent and resent the documents a number of times and I have been into the branch in person. I have been on the phone with the business deptartment for over 4 hours in total. No one knows how to or wants to help resolve this issue.

I am beyond fed up and absolutely fuming.

Please can someone from FNB call me ASAP to resolve this issue.
