FICA

<p>I have been unsuccessful to FICA a business account with FNB for 8 months now. I have supp**** all information requested during the 8 month period and some information has been supp**** three times, as FNB looses it. Today I received yet another request for information pertaining to the shareholder. According to FNB the shareholder has a loan that also needs to be FICA'd. The shareholder has no loan to its knowledge. There is a serious problem and the situation is very concerning. I have lodged 3 complaints and still no resolution. The incompetence and arrogance is very worrying together with the threats that the account will be frozen. Unacceptable.</p>
