FICA

As a premier client of fnb I am totally disgusted at the service I received from the call centre agent. Advised me that they have been battling for months with my bond because I have not done fica on my bond.

This was the very first time I have received a call to this calloba to even advise me of this. This after the fact that my bound bounced.

I then further get a message today that I should honor my account before further action is taken.

I have been a client for over 15 years and this is the service I get.

Wait it gets better. I get a credit card renewal on the same day. Do you think I needed to fica that? No of course not. So how is it that I need to fica my home loan when everything is linked to 1 profile?

Disgusted!!!!

Highly considering moving all my accounts.

Reviewer Update

The roll on effect of the above complaint is only getting more disturbing. I have now had my access "flexible" bond removed from my account.

When contacting the call centre I was informed it was due to my bond"bouncing" in January due my apparent content notification to fica my account

I am appauled by this and cannot believe the service I am receiving.

I called in on Tuesday 07 March at 13h05, to be told that it would take between 24 and 48 hours to resolve.

I followed up on this same call on Friday to be advised that the flexible bond team had been out of office the entire day.

We are exactly 1 week in and my account is still not activated.

Absolute disgust to the treatment one receives from a institution where I have been a client for so many years.

Just shows what fnb regards as adequate customer service
