FICA
<p>FNB requested documents to renew FICA on my credit card. Documents were submitted. and resubmitted. Yey FNB suspended my card. Since then I have neen unable to have the card reinstated despite submitting the documents for a fifth! time. Attempts at contacting my local branch have been impossible as I'm left in a contant loop of auto-messages.</p>
