****! ****! ****! ****!

My name is Sindisiwe Mzilikazi and I took a revolving loan on the 9th of January 2016. The loan amount was R13 000, I was shocked to find out last month(August) that they are still debiting the R500 instalment. I called their helpline(call centre) and the agent who was helping me said they would refund me. Okay fine, I was shocked to only get a refund of R500. What’s even alarming is that when I called again to inquire about this I am now being taken up and down. It gets worse, before I would access my bank statement and it would show revolving loan. But what’s funny now is that there’s nothing as in nothing that shows evidence of the revolving loan, it no longer even shows on my statement. FNB please don’t **** me there’s no way a loan of R13000 can take over 9 years to pay will yall debiting R500 every month🚮

To show that yall did something ***** y’all told me about a refund but only to pay me back R500 aowa!!!!
