Few weeks ago we opened a business account with my partner at FNB college square in Bloemfontein. We were helped by a gentleman called Fliep. We told him that we wanted two cards both personalised with our names. He ordered two cards on one name and created a mandate that we never agreed on. He made my partner to be the only make n account holder which is not what we agreed on. Yesterday we went to college square to collect our card which is when we found out what Fliep did. We were helped by a very kind Gentleman by the name of Samuel, who them asked assistance from his colleague by the Name of Ane Nel. Ane wanted to insist that we signed a mandate therefore they can't help us. I had to fight with facts that we gave the instruction as how we wanted our account to operate and yes obviously Fliep made us sign the mandate we had to idea that it was contrary to what we had requested. I am very disappointed in the way Ane made us feel insinuating that we agreed to the mandate.
