Female FNB Customer is Mentally Abused

I am a female on my own with two daughter, 10 and 12, and i have lost everything. I know I owe FNB a lot of money and have asked them to please be patient while I am trying to get my life back into order and find work. Their legal department Groenewald Lubbe Inc have now sent me a picture of the outside of my house saying "Kindly advise if this snapshot below is where you are staying, in order for the Sheriff of the Court to go and give you a visit." OMG. My daughters and i are so scared now every time the doorbell rings. I told them I will start to repay the debt as soon as i can get an income. I really do think this type of mental abuse should not be allowed today. It is not a crime to have debt and not have the means to repay it. Things change in life and our circumstances sometimes don't allow us to keep to the promises we made to those institutions. Is this sheriff going to get physical with me and force his way into my house if i cant pay anything? I'm so scared, i have never been threatened like this in the security of my own home. This is so wrong in so many ways. Just because you are down in life at a point in time doesn't make you a bad person. I would warn anyone looking to take a loan from FNB. Go to another bank. I also owe money to other institutions and they have all been so understanding.
