Felt helpless

I experienced ***** last year around August September,I logde it online,they couldn't help me.I went to the branch they said they can't reverse that amount ,I have to close my account before they can help me. I didn't know how closing my account can be a barrier in reversing the money that is mine. Even today I didn't get help.
