Fees to be reverse / written off

Good day, Please FNB , I opened an account with you 2 months ago, as I was starting with a company that said FNB is the preferred bank. Within a week a dispute of remuneration occurred and I had to part ways with them. I have not collected the card and now its 2 months in arrears on bank fees. I understand that its fees however can you not waive these under the circumstances presented. Next this this account will be on minus 2000 that will be expected for me to pay. Please the economy and unemployment is already a pain. I have engaged with call centre agents that are reading a script and no human emotions nor compassion in the matter.
