Fees must fall

For the past 3 months FNB has been charging me a "Payments Bundle Fee" just short of R500 on top of my existing account fee for Private Clients cheque account which I'm using for a number of years, so this is a real shock to me. Contacted online bankers with zero help...really not knowledgeable at all. Tried downgrading accounts numerous times as now there's no real value in using a Private Clients Account costing me R1000/month. Will help if I knew why you charging me this fee? Don't see a charge like this on your latest pricing guide either...
