Fees for Fusion account on bureau

Good day I lost my job in May 2022 and stopped using my FNB debit card fusion account a few months thereafter. I subsequently stopped using it as I had no income. I now noticed that there is a charge of R8000 on my credit bureau. How is this possible? I've made my fees, which I believe was approximately R200 while i was using the account but when I stopped using it how can you charge ? Please confirm if this charge is related for fees or something else as it's a debit account which can only be used when there is a positive balance. How is this possible?
