Fees and wrongful advertising, poor client service

Just received a call from your Premier banking team and all I can say is that I am disgusted. First of all get given a whole long speech about how I (somehow) am on a banking package that is not a advertised and promised when I upgraded. Wording this 'lecture' in such a way to be made to feel I made an error, I was actually asked if I read the T&C's when agreeing to the upgrade. Then get told that I need to undergo verification to be placed on the fixed current account package of R 185.00 pm. Okay cool, but hold on, I was sold that as a holistic package I was signing up for? Obviously I understand that I cant get the extra fees back and I understand, I am the sort of person that understands the ways of the world and business. But I would like to press and stress this in all seriousness, I moved away from Nedbank because I was sold good service and convenience. But this right here is neither, not only do I discover that the last three months worth of banking fees comes to just over R 1000.00 (can only pull 3 FREE statements so I can't go back further) and get little to no real resolution to the problem OR the fact that the deal I thought I signed up for I am not getting. So basically I am getting shocking and poor service with horribly overcharged private bank account. So where is the upside for me as a client, ok well, fine I understand as I was told by the service agent who called I can be placed onto the fixed fee rate of R185.00. but that does very little to quell the sour taste in my mouth right now, as I really do feel the upgrade was the worst move I have made for my private banking, by reflected in my eBucks earnings. Its now a quarter of what it use to be and my spending habbits have not changed. I buy at checkers, makro, dischem, engen... So there is no benefit of me staying at FNB. And right now as I feel about this, I will write it all off, walk into a branch and close down my entire FNB profile. And I dont make threats, as I said to the service agent that called, I am giving it until Monday next week, and I will close it all down. I have already informed my payroll department to terminate my FNB account from the company system, so that ball is already rolling
