Fees and deductions
FNB, why are you deducting monthly fees from my son's bank account when he is jobless. This was all set up within FNB Springs and then changed by FNB under no authority from him. By chance, I came across it.

08 Sept 2021, 14:15The latest update is that two emails from my son to FNB in July to close his account has gone unanswered and the account is still open. What annoys me more is the fact that despite the fact that I made it clear my son does not have a job, is under my care FNB advised it is a monthly fee and cannot be changed, and continue to deduct the fees. You have no shame.

The latest update is that two emails from my son to FNB in July to close his account has gone unanswered and the account is still open. What annoys me more is the fact that despite the fact that I made it clear my son does not have a job, is under my care FNB advised it is a monthly fee and cannot be changed, and continue to deduct the fees. You have no shame.

Seriously FNB, another month another deduction looming for an account with no funds in it, btw is now in arrears due to you deducting a fee after you were asked to close the account. Bring the account to zero balance and close. I am not sure what more has to be done to get it closed.
