fees

i Have called in last month,you cant call them from the app,because you wont be able to verify you, and they know about this, so why offer this on the app.

i ask that my business account be upgraded because of the ridicules fees, they told me that they is a balance i need to pay before upgrading, the money went out of my account, to my dismay this morning fees R407 for service and R89 for account fees,i called in an according to the lady the account was never upgarded,funny i look on the statement and it doesnt give me that date that the money went out of my account...so why do we call in and you not asking what the client wants, again look at the ridicules charges,really,so we need to go back to if you want something done rather to go to a branch, get people who can do the job,you guys are ***********.the more you can get from a person the better for you.
