FEES

To say that I'm dissapointed with this bank is understatement. I was awaiting some cash and when I received I noticed a huge difference in the amount I decided to go through my account to realise FNB took about 500 rand on my account 250 rand of which I understood bcz it's my monthly bank fee then boom 207 rand for monthly fees I then go to premium Banking secure message to say te consultants called did not give a rats ass on my concerns he just told me to go read on these fees on my account n I had advised him when you have check account you have standard that should cover for everyone ain't no way I'm goog to work for bank charges in my life never if this can't be solved defs going to close my account with FNB I'm not crazy to be debited 500 rand each month for doing online baking, receiving money and buying electricity previous month it was 100 and something rand I need this to sorted out your online banking consultants they are so rude tey think they own FNB Prince went off line bcz he couldn't answer my question hw has your guys service dropped so badly yhooo I regret going back to FNB after his OMG this most suddenly a ****
