Feeling under valued

Dear FNB I have been a loyal customer with multiple accounts including my home loan. Everytime I apply for vehicle finance you give me a pathetic rate, is this how you treat customers with good profiles? Please let me know if I should rather move everything to absa or standard bank where they would value my business
