Feeling pushed around by FNB

I ordered a new credit and cheque card from FNB as I had upgraded my account. In the bank, the lady told me that I would receive both my cards within 3 to 5 working days and that the courier company will phone me to get my address. I had received nothing in 5 business days so I phoned FNB to follow up. Only then did they give the couriers my address and the delivery instruction. A couple of days later I received only my cheque card. I phoned FNB back a couple of days later and I spoke to a gentleman who informed me that he had given the delivery instruction to the couriers for my credit card and had taken down my address. The card was sitting at the card division at this stage. A week later I phoned FNB back to follow up on the delivery and I was informed that the courier company will contact me once they have received the instruction. The lady then confirmed that the delivery instruction was indeed given to the courtiers and that they will contact me in the next two days. Another week had passed and, now highly frustrated, I phoned FNB again to follow up. Only this time, I was informed that no delivery instruction was given at all! So two weeks later, the card is STILL sitting at the card division and nothing has been done to have it delivered. This is absolutely ********** service.
