I app**** for the Covid 19 loan that was approved for my company and the 1st loan agreement that was sent to me on the 24th of April excluded 4 of my staff members from it. I emailed Phumla Songxaka 6 times to rectify it and called in numerous times as well. I received a message on the 14th of May to say it had been approved with the correct details, again I am now waiting for the loan agreement, the matter has been escalated. It is now the 18th of May and still nothing. Does it take the bank a month to sort out 1 issue.
