Feedback = Yes / Problem solved = NO

After posting on Hellopeter I finally received feedback but the issue is still not solved. I was told in December from one of the managers of the homeloans department to get a letter from Dep of Homeaffairs confirming that my ID is in progress and confirming my ID number in order to change my bond to a flexibond. I went to Dep of Homeaffairs 3 times, stand in queues to get this letter and send it to FNB. Now I am told that they not going to change it if I am not having the ID book.
My service experience with FNB:
I sent for 3 months several emails and called several times to receive feedback.
I have received a reply only AFTER I posted on Hellopeter.
I was told that no record exist about the call I have received in December even I told them who transferred the call and when the call happened.
I have received false information and wasted a lot of time to get the letter from Department of Homeaffairs.
Please FNB do yourself a favour and save the money that you spend on advertising your great customer service. A great customer service is not creating creative ads on TV/Radio - it is how you treat your real clients...
